The bactericidal wall-mounted irradiator OBN-75ND is designed for air disinfection in hospitals, clinics, medical and prophylactic, industrial and public institutions, and is an effective means of preventing and combating airborne infections (flu, angina, etc.).
The irradiator consists of a housing equipped with a screen-louver, an electronic ballast, a power cord with a plug and a bactericidal lamp TUV 30W (ozone-free). The bactericidal lamp emits an ultraviolet spectrum with a wavelength of 253.7 nm, close to the maximum bactericidal effect of radiant energy, which suppresses the vital activity of microorganisms sensitive to ultraviolet radiation in the air and on surfaces. Viruses and bacteria of vegetative form are more sensitive to ultraviolet radiation. By design, this irradiator belongs to shielded stationary irradiators with a screen-louver and one lamp. The principle of operation of the irradiator with a screen-louver is the direct irradiation of the air with ultraviolet light due to natural convection. The screen-louver directs the ultraviolet rays so that the lower boundary of the direct radiation zone runs parallel to the floor, ensuring the safe presence of people in the lower part of the disinfected room. Lamps shielded by the screen-louver can be used indoors in the presence of people and animals, provided that there is no direct contact with ultraviolet rays. The irradiator body and the screen-louver are made of sheet steel and painted with RAL powder paint, which has antibacterial properties and allows treatment with disinfectant solutions.
All materials and components used in the production of the irradiator have the necessary conclusions and are approved for use in the production of medical devices.
