Ultraviolet (quartz) lamp ZAVET 30 W (ozone-free)

The Zavet ozone-free germicidal lamp consists of a tubular glass body and a G-13 metal base at both ends. During operation, it emits short-wave ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 253.7 nm (UV-C), which have a bactericidal effect. Ozone-free germicidal lamps TUV-30 B have glass coated with titanium oxide, which filters out the ozone-forming spectral line of 185 nm, thereby preventing the appearance of ozone (a gas harmful to humans), and the inner protective coating maintains the beneficial radiation at a constant level. After using the TUV-30 B ozone-free lamp, ozone is not generated and ventilation of the room is not required! UV lamps are used in bactericidal irradiators, as well as chambers for storing sterile instruments.
